Keep deciduous trees away from the house since they produce a lot of pollen. Mountain ash, larch, pine, and cedar are all better low-pollen-producing options. Female plants produce far less pollen than male plants. And putting Vaseline inside your nose helps keep pollen and spores from sticking to the nasal lining.
