Dr. Edward Tobinick, M.D., of the Institute for Neurological Research in Los Angeles, has developed a method of perispinal delivery of the drug etanercept that may be able to produce clinical improvement in Alzheimer's Disease patients within minutes of treatment. Independent trials of the process will follow at other institutions.
