CPHPC, a new drug created under the guidance of Professor Mark Pepys in collaboration with the drug company Roche Pharmaceuticals, has shown experimental promise in targeting the Alzheimer's related protein called serum amyloid P component (or SAP), and may be a powerful new weapon in the battle against Alzheimer's Disease.
