Congress Presented With Psoriasis Legislation

The 2009 Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Research Cure and Care Act (PPARCCA) -- a comprehensive bipartisan piece of legislation that advances the nation's efforts to find a cure for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, first introduced in 2007 -- has been reintroduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Congressman David Wu. It calls for expanded biomedical research and a patient registry to strengthen data collection.
