A man who claims that ultraviolet light treatment for psoriasis left him with first- and second-degree burns over 80 percent of his body has filed a lawsuit against the doctor's office that treated him. Kenneth W. Smith is said to have experienced a burning sensation all over his body and his skin began to turn red within two hours of the treatment.
