35-year-old Lisa Muise is running a marathon for the Arthritis Society fundraising program Joints in Motion in Italy in May, despite being told aged 21 that she's be in a wheelchair by 30. Lisa was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, related to her psoriasis, and needed help dressing and turning on taps. She finally found a drug that has enabled her to live pain-free.
