Parents often notice a link between childhood vaccinations and the appearance of eczema. It is possible that vaccinations can cause a reaction, although no reason for the link has been found. There is no evidence that vaccinations are unsafe. Parents are advised to monitor their child's eczema following a vaccination, and see a doctor if the eczema gets worse.
