Some vegetarians still eat cheesy pizza, creamy pasta sauce, and other fatty foods. While that's fine in moderation, high fat content is unhealthy whether or not it comes from meat. Vegetarian or not, it's important to get enough whole grain foods, vegetables, and fruits each day.
