83-year-old Ronald Wilders from Hoveton, near Norwich, UK, has admitted charges of driving without reasonable consideration and with defective eyesight. An off-duty policeman, who saw him driving between 10 and 15 miles per hour, contacted colleagues who carried out an eye-test which revealed his vision stretched to only three meters ahead of him.
