Yield: 4 Servings
This smoothie is delicious, healthy, and filling. It makes a great light breakfast. I use all fresh berries and freeze them myself. If you want to use thawed berries, decrease amount of fruit to 2 cups and add 1 cup ice.
Ingredients
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 1/2 cups frozen berries (I use a combination of raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries)
1 banana
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
