This is a great weekday after-dinner dessert for kids (and adults). It's incredibly healthy and kids love picking their own toppings. I included many common toppings we use, but feel free to use whatever you have around the house.
Ingredients
low-fat vanilla yogurt
low-fat strawberry yogurt
crushed walnuts
chopped cashews
sliced almonds
shredded coconut
semi-sweet chocolate chips
fresh berries, such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries
Instructions
Choose your yogurt(s) and top with any or all of the toppings. Enjoy!
